1. Account Registration and Security

1.1 Account Creation

2. Ordering and Purchasing Products

2.1 Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price.

2.2 Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or identification of unusual ordering patterns.

2.3 Payment Terms

By providing a credit card or other payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and shipping charges).

2.4 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our reasonable control, including customs processing, natural disasters, or shipping carrier delays.

3. User Conduct

By using our Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

• Attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Site for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Site.
• Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Site or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
• Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site.
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site.

4. User Content

4.1 Submission of Content

The Site may contain features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content such as product reviews, forum posts, or comments ("User Content"). All User Content must comply with the Content Standards set out in these Terms.

4.2 Content Standards

User Content must not:

• Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Promote sexually explicit material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

• Violate the legal rights of others or contain any material that could give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable laws.
• Be likely to deceive any person or promote any illegal activity.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
• Involve commercial solicitation or advertising without our prior written consent.
• Give the impression that they emanate from or are endorsed by CS Gaming Hub or any other person or entity if this is not the case.

4.3 License to User Content

By posting User Content on the Site, you grant CS Gaming Hub a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

4.4 Monitoring and Enforcement

We have the right to:

• Remove or refuse to post any User Content for any or no reason.
• Take any action with respect to User Content that we deem necessary or appropriate, including if we believe that such User Content violates the Terms, infringes any intellectual property right, threatens the personal safety of users of the Site or the public, or could create liability for CS Gaming Hub.
• Disclose your identity or other information about you to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights, including their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy.
• Take appropriate legal action, including without limitation, referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Site.
• Terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site for any violation of these Terms.

We do not undertake to review all material before it is posted on the Site and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after it has been posted. Accordingly, we assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications, or content provided by any user or third party.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership of Site Content

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by CS Gaming Hub, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CS Gaming Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
• If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features.

5.3 Trademarks

The CS Gaming Hub name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CS Gaming Hub or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of CS Gaming Hub. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER CS GAMING HUB NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH CS GAMING HUB MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL CS GAMING HUB, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, OR ANY PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CS Gaming Hub, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Site and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California, in each case located in the City of Los Angeles and County of Los Angeles. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

10. Arbitration

At CS Gaming Hub's sole discretion, it may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying California law.

11. Waiver and Severability

No waiver by CS Gaming Hub of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of CS Gaming Hub to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

The Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any terms and conditions incorporated herein by reference constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and CS Gaming Hub with respect to the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Site.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
