Refund Policy

At CS Gaming Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Standard Return Period

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

1.2 Opened or Used Items

If you've opened or used the product but are not satisfied with it, you may still be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery. These items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the condition of the returned product.

1.3 Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please keep all original packaging and do not discard any components until the return process is complete.

1.4 Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and shipment of the correct item at no additional cost to you.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, except if they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Digital products and software downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Personal care items (such as headsets with ear cushions) that have been used
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been significantly modified or altered by the customer
  • Bundled products that have been partially used or opened

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@csgaminghub.com or call +443099592228.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved.
  4. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  5. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

3.2 Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

3.3 Inspection Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. This inspection generally takes 1-3 business days. We will notify you of the status of your return after the inspection is complete.

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue the refund as store credit or via another payment method as agreed upon.

4.2 Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. For credit card payments, refunds may appear as pending on your statement before being fully processed.

4.3 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, we may issue partial refunds:

  • If an item is returned with signs of use or wear beyond what would be expected from reasonable inspection
  • If an item is missing parts, accessories, or original packaging
  • If a bundled product is returned with some components used or missing
  • If a restocking fee applies as outlined in section 1.2

4.4 Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping as part of a promotion, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange an item rather than receive a refund, please indicate this when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exchanged item has a different price than the original item:

  • If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference.
  • If the new item costs less, you will be refunded the difference using your original payment method.

Please note that for exchanges, the return shipping cost for the original item is your responsibility, but we will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item (within the continental United States).

6. Warranty Claims

Many of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. If you experience issues with a product after the 30-day return period, you may be eligible for repair, replacement, or credit under the manufacturer's warranty.

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer service team at warranty@csgaminghub.com with details about the issue.
  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a description and/or photos of the problem.
  3. Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may involve working directly with the manufacturer.

Please note that warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Warranties typically do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Pre-Order and Backorder Items

Pre-order and backorder items can be canceled for a full refund at any time before the item ships. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

7.2 Holiday Extended Returns

For purchases made between November 15 and December 31, we extend our return period to January 31 of the following year to accommodate holiday gifting. All other return conditions apply.

7.3 Promotional Items

If you received a free or promotional item with your purchase and you return the qualifying item, you must also return the promotional item, or its value may be deducted from your refund.

7.4 Bulk Orders

Orders of five or more of the same item may be subject to special return conditions. Please contact our customer service team for details before placing a bulk order.

8. Exceptions and Right to Refuse

CS Gaming Hub reserves the right to refuse returns or modify these policies for specific customers if we detect abuse of our return policy, including but not limited to:

  • Excessive returns (returning more than 30% of purchases over time)
  • Pattern of returning used items that show signs of extended use
  • Returning items purchased specifically for short-term use ("wardrobing")

We also reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
